MusicProfessor: Lesson Filming Process

MusicProfessor: Lesson Filming Process

MusicProfessor's first film series occurred in the summer of 2012, when we recorded beginning flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, and saxophone lessons. We knew, however, that we had to expand our library to include brass instruments, so in the summer of 2013 we did just that. Check out this press release from our filming session, plus some behind the scenes photos:

August 2013 – Richardson, TX. MusicProfessor just doubled its repertoire of online music lessons, with a library that now contains over 4000 videos. Over the past few months, the MP team has added brass instruments to its repertoire of beginner-level music curriculum by including trumpet, french horn, trombone, bass trombone, euphonium and tuba. The MP team also added courses for Beginning Music Theory, Conducting, Beginning Solos, and TMEA and ATSSB all-state Etudes for all woodwind and brass instruments. MusicProfessor’s handpicked professors from top-notch universities teach every lesson. This was a huge addition to the MP library, more than doubling the amount of currently existing lessons.
